Yes, special rate is provided to existing NOW Fiber Air Customers.

Order for any services shall be booked at least 48 hours before the requested date of on-site service and 24 hours for off-site.

Yes, however, there will be additional charges for transportation to be added to the standard rates.

Payment can be deposited or transferred to any bank account of Now Corporation. Bank details will be included in the conformation of the order, or it will be provided by Customer Service Representative.

Payment requirement:

50% deposit upon confirmation of order

50% full payment upon completion of service.

Online support shall be provided with the customer during operating hours from 8:00AM to 5:00PM. 24/7 Customer support shall also be provided to raise any concerns about the technical services rendered.
